In 2016, the BIO World Congress hosted 1,900+ 25-minute partnering meetings in 3 days. Take advantage of BIO s tutorial videos and step-by-step guide to familiarize yourself with the system s intuitive interface. Mark your calendar for May 23rd, when the partnering system opens. Your login credentials will come from biopartnering@bio.org, so please add this address to your safe senders list. Once the system is open, you can expect to receive login credentials within 2-3 business days from receipt of your registration. PARTNERING TIP: Only meetings that are officially pre-arranged within the BIO One-on-One Partnering system will take place in private meeting booths, and meetings that are arranged outside of the system are not guaranteed a meeting space. If you are making meeting arrangements outside the system, we encourage you to send a corresponding meeting request within the system so that your meetings can be officially scheduled, and BIO can provide meeting space.
