Surcharge (EFS) in USD -- Surcharge (EFS) in EUR -- Surcharge (EFS) in USD ISC 1 This surcharge is applicable to all Dry and Reefer cargo, and all Rate Agreements except those where floating BUC/EBS or contractual bunker formula with an agreed regular trigger mechanism is applied/paid for already.
