All qualifiers and their guests will receive round-trip air transportation from a major U.S. airport to Los Cabos, ground transportation for arrival and departure in and out of Los Cabos, luxury, all-inclusive accommodations for five nights at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, admittance to all CreativeOne-hosted events and activities, a variety of amenity packages based on your level of qualification, and all taxes and gratuities covered. Your Hyatt Ziva all-inclusive experience allows you access to the following: All pools including adult-only pool and kid-friendly play area. Beach and pool butlers. State-of-the-art fitness center. 24-hour room service. Fine dining at numerous à la carte and gourmet buffet restaurants. Producers who earn a minimum of three million convention credits (see page 15 for credit calculations) will have the opportunity to join us for five nights at the Hyatt Ziva. In addition to the amenities offered to all qualifiers, producers have the opportunity to earn enhanced amenity packages by being one of CreativeOne s top qualifiers. The higher the production, the more enhancements the producer and their guest will receive, with the top 25 qualifiers earning two additional nights in Los Cabos at the exclusive, topranked Esperanza Resort. See below for more details. El Mar Club (#41 and up) Qualifiers will experience a five-night stay at Hyatt Ziva and receive $250 in spending money. El Sol Club (15 qualifying producers ranked from #26-40) Qualifiers will experience a five-night stay at Hyatt Ziva, a spa treatment for two and $500 in spending money. La Arena Club (15 qualifying producers ranked from #11-25) Qualifiers will experience upgraded accommodations for their five-night stay at Hyatt Ziva, a spa treatment for two at Hyatt Ziva, two additional nights in personal casitas at Esperanza and $750 in spending money. 11

Credits will be calculated after all commissions have been received by CreativeOne/Client One as follows: Annuities Life Client One Securities* Fixed Products Indexed Products 100% of premium 100% of premium Single Life Premium Excess Premium 100% of premium 100% of premium Net Revenue x 70 Immediate Products 25% of premium MYG Products 25% of premium Target Premium 1,000% of premium = Convention Trip Credits *For representatives registered with Client One, at least 1 million of the 3 million in premium must come from annuity and/or life production with CreativeOne. Producers with special contract levels will receive a reduction in the above calculations. Chargeback of commission will result in chargeback of credits for all producers. In the case of premiums paid monthly, credit will accumulate on a monthly basis as commissions are paid. New producers contracting with CreativeOne for the first time on or after January 1, 2016, are eligible to earn double incentive trip credits on paid annuity and life premium within the first 120 days of approved contracting. Securities business written through Client One is not eligible for the double credit promotion. Business must go paid to CreativeOne by December 31, 2016, and all other rules apply. 15
