New technologies PRE-PAID CARD Used on the Unknown festival in 2013 - each guest was given a personal card (MIFARE technology) which he used for the payment purposes instead of cash. The price of the purchase was deducted from the amount loaded onto the card on a special POS terminal. After the festival ended, the amount left on the card could have been withdrawn. POST-PAID CARD / BRACELET New technology which will be used in 2014 - each Maistra guest (hotels, resorts, campsites) will have an option of getting a personal bracelet (MIFARE technology) which will be used for identifying purposes and thus allow him to place the bill on his room/ apartment / lot. The bracelet will not be limited only to the point-of-sales of the property the guest is staying at but in all Maistra properties (wellness, gastro, sport ). LOYALTY PROGRAM / CARD Loyalty program is active since 2013 - the card is used for identifying purposes meaning that each loyalty program member has a personal loyalty card (MIFARE technology) which allows him to gather loyalty points (waves) each time he makes a purchase on any of Maistra point-of-sales, including accommodation.

New trends ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING STATION Recognizing the importance of investing in renewable energy sources and ecotourism, electric vehicle (EV) charging station has been installed permanently in front of hotel Lone. The new EV charging station is located at the entrance to the Lone Hotel, which makes it easily accessible to all types of EVs. Alongside the hotel guests, the station is available to other EV owners as well. Designed in line with the latest EU standards and compatible with all the EVs available in the market, this charging station is one of the so-called fast charging stations, and can charge a car within 1.5 hours.
