LOTUS DOWNTOWN METRO HOTEL APARTMENTS Lotus Downtown Metro Hotel Apartments has 150 spacious one and two bedroom apartments which are fully equipped with the latest gadgets and parquet flooring in living rooms and equipped with electronic safe, iron & ironing board as well as interactive large screen LCD Television with vast selections of channels. Free Wi-Fi High speed internet connectivity is available in all apartments. The One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Apartments offer travelers the comfort and convenience so often required when travelling away from home. The spacious apartments each measuring approximately 100 sq. mt provide the ideal separation of living and sleeping. All kitchens feature a 4 burner cooking range, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, tea/coffee maker, fully automatic washing machine and quality utensils. Bathrooms have tub with an overhead shower. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed to meet guest needs. The banquet halls are designed to hold social events, weddings and meetings and can accommodate from 30 to 200 guests. The term is for 10-15 years and the partner enters into a technical services agreement whereby Lotus Downtown Metro Hotel Apartments helps to complete and furnish the property as per brand specifications. The revenue is then shared between the partner and Lotus Downtown Metro Hotel in accordance with percentage agreed upon. A minimum guaranteed amount is specified to the land owner/developer to safeguard his financial commitments. Management Contracts This is the worldwide preferred way of operation.
