PENSACOLA PRIME AREA FOR DEVELOPMENT Cordova Mall serves the Pensacola market of over 457,000 people. The area maintains a large military and Department of Defense presence. Pensacola is home to the U.S. Navy s Blue Angels and the National Naval Aviation Museum, which has been named the 14th Best Museum in the Country by Trip Advisor. The Navy Federal Credit Union is undergoing a massive 1.5-million-square-foot expansion plan. Phase one will feature 400,000 square feet of office space housing 2,000 employees.
