Bking a Grup Visit Bking yur grup f 20 r mre is easy! Simply fill ut the Online Grup Reservatin Frm with yur grup name, cntact infrmatin, day f the week/date requesting, estimated number f participants and any additinal infrmatin. This can be fund at WilmtMuntain.cm under the Lift Tickets/Grup Bking Page! *Grups must be bked at least 4 days prir t the requested date. *Final numbers must be prvided 3 days prir. Grup Rates We ffer Grup Discunts fr grups f 20 r mre participants. These rates are available anytime Sunday Friday and Saturdays after 12pm. Grup discunts will be limited December 22 nd January 1 st, January 13 th & 14 th (MLK weekend), and February 17 th & 18 th (President s Day weekend). There will be limited grup availability January 15 th and February 19 th. Rates may vary based n day f the week and hliday hurs. Once we receive yur Reservatin Request, we will send discunted rates based n yur grup size and requested date. Grup Lessns S yur Grup is cming t Wilmt Muntain and they have never skied r snwbarded befre r still new t the sprt? N wrries! We have an excellent team f Prfessinal Ski and Snwbard Instructrs ready and waiting t share their knwledge. Grup Lessns are available t ages 6+. Lessns last fr 1 hur. Lessns are available anytime between 10am and 7pm. We will schedule yur lessn prir t yur visit and everyne participating must attend at the scheduled time. Instructrs will accmmdate all ability levels. 8-12 participants per grup. Befre yur Arrival: Cnfirmatin Email: Once we receive yur Reservatin Request, we will send yur cnfirmatin email requesting: Billing infrmatin: this is required t create the grup accunt and will later be used fr payment. We require a Credit Card n file. This infrmatin is prvided ver the phne. Yu will be sent a reservatin cnfirmatin with all billing infrmatin. Final numbers, please ver-estimate this number, we will return any vuchers that are nt used. There will als be tw frms attached: Rental Frm and the Winter Activities Release. The Rental Frm is t be filled ut by any participant that is renting equipment. The Winter Activities Release will be required by any participant taking a lessn. We ask that nly the grup leader check in. At this time we will cnfirm numbers and hand ver the grup envelpe. There will be a vucher fr each item lift tickets, ski/bard rentals, helmet rentals, lessns, and Meal Deal Vuchers. Please make sure t hand ut all tickets and vuchers accurately. Please make sure the lift ticket is attached t a zip-tie n an accessible uter zipper. At this time, anyne renting will head dwn t Rentals t pick up their equipment and then t the Ski and Snwbard Schl fr lessns, after lessns head ut t the hill and enjy! Nte: yu must detach the receipt prtin f the lift ticket, keep this in a safe place. This is used in case the lift ticket falls ff and we need t print a new ne. We will nt be able t reprint r refund lst vuchers. Payment Clubs/ Organizatins/ Schl Grups: We require the ttal due t be paid by invice. We d nt allw individual participants t pay separately. The invice will be emailed tw weeks after yur visit t the billing cntact prvided. The invice can be paid by Credit Card nline r mailing in a check. One Time Visit/ Nn- Affiliated Grups: We require nn- affiliated grups t pay the day f the uting, after everyne has arrived. We d nt allw individual participants t pay separately. Departure Rental Equipment: Please make sure t return all Wilmt Muntain Rentals t the prper area. The Rental Facility will have signs psted and emplyees will be directing where t return skis, bts, ples and snwbards. Checking ut: If yu have any unused tickets/vuchers please put them back int the envelpe and bring t the Guest Services Desk and we will return them.
