PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS ORGANISATION We welcome you from Monday 27th June from 14.00 pm. Do not forget to send us your arrival times and places. Your badge and your briefcase participant will be given at the opening of the seminar on Tuesday 28 th June. Please your passport or your ID at the seminar, your identity will be checked at the entrance. DATES, TIMES AND RECOMMENDATIONS The seminar will take place over 3 days: Tuesday 28 th June 2016 Welcome from 8.30 am at the National Police School of Nîmes - end of day scheduled at 16:30 pm 18.00 pm, optional tour in the city center of Nîmes. Please note, registration is required. Wednesday 29 th June 2016 : Departure from the hotel at 7.30 am expected return to 18.00 pm. Thank you to provide boots or comfortable and suitable walking shoes to the ground and a cap or hat. At 19.30 pm, reception at the town hall by Senator Mayor of the city of Nîmes At 20.30 pm, an appetizer and a musical evening will be organized at the high school Alzon. Wednesday 29 th June in the evening, we offer a shared meal with regional products. This is a friendly time, if you want, you can bring products your area to make them discover by the participants of the seminar. Thursday 30 th June 2016: Welcom from 8.30 am at the National Police School of Nîmes, the seminar will end at 17.00 pm. Friday 1 st July We offer an optional south discovery tour of France and its natural environments. This optional visit is covered by participants. Please note, registration is required.
