If time is on your side, stretch your legs by taking a guided tour of Shanga; a socially conscious organisation employing local people with
disabilities who craft, create and recycle jewellry, glassware and home furnishings. Drinks & extras are payable direct. DAY 2-3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK, TARANGIRE TREETOPS After an early breakfast at Arusha Coffee Lodge you will meet with your guide who will accompany you throughout your Safari. Commence the journey by road in our customized luxury 4x4 vehicle, taking you through varied landscapes to arrive in time for lunch at Tarangire Treetops. Spend the days exploring Tarangire National Park. Your days will be filled with activities such as: guided bush walks and bush meals, sundowners and relaxing by the swimming pool. DAY 4-5: NGORONGORO, SOPA LODGE Depart Tarangire Treetops early in the morning to arrive in time for lunch at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge (approximately 3 hours). Make use of the swimming pool, enjoy the views from well over half a kilometre above the Crater floor and enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the sunset. From here you will spend a full day game viewing in the Crater in search of flamingos, buffalo, lion, and if you are lucky; rhino, who all inhabit this UNESCO World Heritage site. DAY 6-8: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK HIGH SEASON: MIGRATION CAMP MID SEASON: PIONEER CAMP In the Serengeti you will have prime position to view the Great Migration; recently coined as the 8th Wonder of the World. This is why there are two different options depending on the time of year you choose to go on safari. HIGH SEASON: Today you depart to Serengeti National Park, driving through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enjoying the magnificent views of the plains (approximately 6 hours). You will arrive at Serengeti Migration Camp in time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy a relaxing afternoon before heading out for your evening game drive. Game drives, guided walking safari along the Grumeti river, bush meals, swimming pool and the sunset deck are definitely not to be missed at Serengeti Migration Camp. MID SEASON: Today you depart to Serengeti National Park, driving through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enjoying the magnificent views of the plains (approximately 5 hours). You will arrive at Serengeti Pioneer Camp in time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy a relaxing afternoon before heading out for your evening game drive. Enjoy the bush picnics from an exclusive picnic site, a small plunge pool and a chance to exchange stories around the campfire every evening at Serengeti Pioneer Camp.
