BLDPA PUBLIC TRANSPORT

PUBLIC TRANSPORT PT functioning inside Integrated system which includes: Integrated network, Integrated time tables, Integrated tariff and ticketing system, Integrated operation managing Dipending on the zone Integrated tariff system (ITS) is divided into: ITS 1 territory of 12 central city communities, and IТS 2 territory of 5 suburban city communities.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT Within the territory of 12 central municipalities (ITS 1) the only public transport operator is Public Transport Company Beograd. ITS 1 encompasses a very branched lines network consisting of 144 lines with total length of 1,827.9 km, namely: 12 Tramway lines (127.3 km long), 127km 8 Trolleybus lines (58.1 km long), 58km 124 Bus lines (1,642.5 km long) 1642km Within the territory of 5 peripheral municipalities transportation service is provided by the private operators (bus transport).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT According to the valid time table, along daytime network lines (ITS 1), the total number of vehicles operating during peak hours is 1.334, namely: 150 Tramways, 12 % 97 Trolleybus, 7 % 1087 Bus. 81 % 1334 Vehicles = 940 PTC vehicle + 394 Private operators

PUBLIC TRANSPORT CITY RAILWAY Corridor: Batajnica Pancevo Bridge Length: 25.100m Stations: 9 per direction Number of vehicles: 7 Interval: 15 min. Started in April 2011.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT Ticketing System Season tickets: for unlimited number of trips including all ITS lines in daily transport, to be bought once a month at PTC sales places, month validity, to be shown if requested by an autohrized person (not otherwise validated) Single tickets: valid for one continuous ride in one direction, can be purchased outside the vehicle (news-stands) and in the vehicle (from the driver), to be validated upon boarding in ticket validation boxes. Price 0.5 ( 1 in vehicle) Price 26.8

ICSRR THE INNER CITY SEMI-RING ROAD (ICSRR) ICSRR represents the first big investment in the main road network after construction of the highway through Belgrade. Urban Master Plan Belgrade 2021 contains the basis for ICSRR development Total length: 17 km Length of Tunnels: 2.9 km Length of structures and bridge: 5.5 km Total number of intersections: 22; 15 of which are grade separated intersections

ICSRR ROLE AND TASKS OF THE ICSRR ICSRR is a part of the city magisterial network It should provide efficient urban transit flows It should provide efficient distribution of traffic which gravitate to different city areas without passing through city centre It is expected that above mentioned functions will relax Central zone of unneeded transit flows from one to another city area ICSRR should perform both transit and distributive function generated by Belgrade citizens and commuters Such function requested specific design solutions

ICSRR PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY ICSRR CONSTRUCTION The volume of the main road network during the the morning peak hour exceeds the number of 55.000 vehicles, and by the year of 2021 the volume is expected to reach the figure of 105.000 vehicles which represents a 90% increase. The 24% reduction in traffic flows on the bridges is expected after the completion of the ICSRR construction (accordingly in the City Centre), and in impact area even the reduction of 40% during the morning peak hour. Expected travel time saving, in the first phase, implies more than 14.000 hours in the peak hour. Traffic volume reduction in the Central Area will result in essential decrease in air pollution and noise.

SAVA BRIDGE SAVA BRIDGE Sava Bridge is a part of ICSRR Contract Value 118m EUR Financing :EBRD Loan Contractor: Consortium-PORR Bau GmbH,DSD GmbH Supervision: Louis Berger Group The bridge is a 6 span, continuous superstructure with an overall length of 969 meters and deck width of 45 meters. The main support system is a single pylon asymmetric cable stayed structure. The pylon is 200 meters high.
