TERMS AND CONDITIONS Once you have selected your date and party package please contact the Christmas Co-ordinator on either 0161 490 5060 or 0161 490 5000 to check availability and arrange provisional hold. Confirmation of packages will be subject to a signed function contract and deposit payment. Deposit payment can be made by Bank transfer, Cheque, Credit/Debit card or Cash (this must be pre-arranged with the function office). Alternatively, a credit application can be submitted but is subject to approval for bookings of greater than 1000. Deposit payments for private functions are set at the greater of either 500 or 10% of the total event cost. Sharer party deposit payments are 10 per person up until (31.08.2016) or 15 afterwards. Full payment should be provided one month prior to your arranged party date unless credit application approval has been granted. Bookings made less than one month before selected party date must be paid in full at the time of booking. 1. A contract will be created on written confirmation of the booking between Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and the Client. 2. Signed contract and deposit payment must be received to fully confirm bookings. 3. Once a provisional booking has been entered into the system the booking will stay for 7 days before further information is required unless an advised date of release has been authorised by the event team. 4. If Cash is selected as your chosen payment method, a payment date must be arranged with the event office. 5. If a pro forma invoice is required please advise your dedicated co-ordinator. 6. Once the function contract has been returned with a signature, a payment date will be advised. Should the payment date not be met the booking may be cancelled. 7. Cancellation of bookings will incur a loss of all pre-payment. 8. Monies are not transferable. 9. Alterations and change in numbers must be advised in writing and will be confirmed/denied by your dedicated event coordinator also in writing. 10. All guests must be over the age of 18. The hotel operates a Challenge 25 policy and party guests can be asked for ID at any point during the evening. 11. Should your party consist of any under 18s please advise this at the time of booking. If this attendee is approved by the hotel they must be introduced to the operations manager on arrival and not attempt to purchase or consume any alcohol. If any party guests are seen providing under 18s with alcohol both guests will be asked to leave the event. 12. Guests are liable for any damages to the hotel and its property. 13. Radisson Blu Manchester Airport shall not be liable for any unforeseen loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the client arising from, or in any way connected with, the provision of services by Radisson Blu. 14. Drinks vouchers must be pre-paid and will be issued on the event night to the event organiser. 15. Dietary requirements must be advised at least two weeks prior to arrival. 16. Commission will be paid to agents at a rate of 10% including VAT on pre-paid packages only. 17. Separate, individual terms and conditions apply to different Christmas package options. 18. Christmas Day Reservations All reservations must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior and full pre-payment is required. 19. Menu choices are all required two weeks prior to your event date. 20. Only residential guests are able to gain access to our Little M residents bar after 12.30am. 21. Only alcohol purchased in the hotel may be consumed by those staying. Any other alcohol will be confiscated. 22. The hotel reserves the right on sharer parties to change the event room to fit the party size at the hotel s discretion.
