The chateau can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 comfortable and sophisticated bedrooms. Inside the spacious chateau there are two large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant dining room. Guests can wander around the magnificent garden and park that includes an orangery, a well and fountains. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool. This is the perfect property in which to celebrate a wedding, anniversary or memorable family holiday. Interior & Grounds Entrance Hall Entering Chateau du Capitaine immediately gives you a feeling of luxury. At the entrance, the vast hall is dominated by a huge staircase. The Kitchen You will have, at your disposal, a large kitchen fully equipped with American refrigerator, microwave, a Godin gas cooker, dishwasher, all within a central aisle. For your comfort, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron. The Living Rooms The two large living rooms open on to the park. The red living room possesses a grand fireplace and this room is also equipped with Satellite TV, CD, DVD and has connection Wi-Fi. The music room comes to life, for music lovers, around the grand piano. For marriages, anniversaries and fetes etc., the room is sufficiently large for dancing. The Dining Room In the elegant dining room has an ornamental fireplace centre-piece and an 18th century hand-basin in Caunes marble where dinner can be eaten facing the park. Yellow Bedroom The former library has been transformed into a double room with light, yellow colours. There is an en suite bathroom including WC, bathtub and hand basin. The Tower Bedroom Situated on the ground floor in the north-east tower, this bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and wash basin, a toilet and bidet. First Floor On the first floor there is a large landing giving access to the bedrooms. Bedroom La Coloniale Fitted out in the Colonial style, this bedroom is furnished with a double bed plus a bathroom with shower, hand-basin and toilet. Bedroom La Marocaine This large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bathroom decorated in charming, oriental, style together with a bathtub, shower, hand-basin and toilet. Decorated in the warm colours of the languedocien summer, this room is furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, two hand-basins, a shower and toilet. Bedroom Le Baldaquin This bedroom is furnished with a four-poster double bed and is connected to the bedroom L'Abricot. Bedroom Les Fleurs Decorated with floral motifs, this bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, hand-basin and toilet. Bedroom Blue French style double room decorated in different shades of blue. Bedroom Alcove This large bedroom is a pass-through room to the Bedroom Mauve. It is furnished as a living room with sofa, armchairs and table. The double bed is placed behind a curtain in an alcove. Bedroom Mauve Situated in the south-west tower, this small bedroom is furnished with a double bed in French style with shades of blue. Bathroom Large Bathroom with WC, bathtub, shower and hand basin. This can be shared by the blue, alcove and mauve bedroom. There is also a separate WC along the corridor. Outside Grounds The Garden and the Park A vast shaded park is embellished with a lawn and an orangery, a well and fountains. There is a large parking area for you and any guests that you invite. For marriages and receptions, there is a supplementary parking area within the confines of the property. The Terrace There is a terrace, fitted with a large table, wrought iron chairs and a barbecue which will make your outside meals very agreeable. The Chapel Marriages and baptisms the domaine disposes of a chapel. The Orangery In the middle of the park, the orangery is a welcoming place which can serve as a ballroom with a dance floor for your guests. It can also be used for other Page 3

Location & Local Information Chateau du Capitaine is situated in the valley of the Hérault in Languedoc- Roussillon, ideally placed 2 km from the closest village and 20 minutes from Béziers and the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. Activities and tourism in the surrounding areas The town of Molière offers you a great choice of boutiques, restaurants, cafes, craft shops, as well as, on every Saturday, its grand market. In high season, twice weekly, all the small shops stay open until midnight. There are numerous tourist attractions and leisure activities within easy reach: the Cité de Carcassonne, Montpellier, Nîmes and it's famous arenas, Aigues- Mortes, the Canal du Midi, the Lac du Salagou, the Port and the Canals of Sète Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, the Grotte des Demoiselles, the Grotte de Clamouse, Lamalou-les-Bains, the caves of the Wine producers, several golf courses, many festivals of music (Jazz festival at Sète, festival de la Cité), as well as wonderful walks, cycle rides, kayaking, canoeing and horse-riding.
