Just a Fly By Overflight Permit Guidelines ATC Formal request submitted to CAAP (Civil Aviation of the Philippines) via Local Agent to include Operator Name, Aircraft Type, Nature of Flight, Call Sign (Registration), Full Route & Routing within Philippine FIR Upon submission, Local Agent must pay navigation fees based on route specified in request. Operator must also have no record of unpaid navigation fees. Permit requires 72 Working Hours notice (short notice exemptions available) 7
Landing Permit Guidelines Formal request submitted to CAAP (Civil Aviation of the Philippines) via Local Agent to include Operator Name, Aircraft Type, Nature of Flight, Call Sign (Registration), Full Route & Routing within Philippine FIR, Local Contact/ Receiving party info Airworthiness, Registration, Insurance, Crew License & Medical Nature of Flight Cargo with HAZMAT on board must submit Cargo Manifest & Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) documents (Requires approval by Ministry of Foreign Affairs) Medevac must file abstract medical report with formal request (Exempt from 72H Working Requirement) Domestic Ops(US/Foreign Registered) require special permit (48H to process) Navigation Fees must be paid in advance by local agent 8
