Sunday 22 October 10:00 15:25 Day trip to Asakusa We start with a tour of the relaxing Hama Rikyu gardens, before boarding a water taxi down the river to the old town of Tokyo, Asakausa. Here we will experience the Kannon Temple and the hustle and bustle of the Nakamise shopping street filled with stands overflowing with typical Japanese trinkets and snacks. The tour ends with a buffet lunch in Musashi, a restaurant with wonderful views over Tokyo.

After this peaceful environment you will be brought back to the world s busiest intersection in front of Shibuya Station, which is famously known as The Scramble. Lunch will be in Ginza, the busiest shopping district in Japan, lined with worldrenowned department stores and name brand shops.

Built in 1881 as a secondary imperial residence, Meiji Kinenkan was later the site of meetings between the Meiji Emperor and members of the Meiji government to discuss and draft the Constitution of Japan.
