Adapter, extension cords or charger for your mobile phones are available at reception for a refundable deposit of CHF 20.00. B Baby cots are provided free of charge, ask at the reception. Bank / Cash dispenser are located 5 minutes from the Hotel Airport. Opening times and locations of the local banks are available at the reception. Blue Sky Bar Opening times from Monday to Friday 11:45 am to 02:00 pm and from 05:00 pm to midnight. Saturday and Sunday the bar is open from 05:00 pm to midnight. Bath robe On request there are bath robes available (24h). Please contact the reception and against a refundable deposit of CHF 50.00 you will get a bath robe and slippers. Bed linen consists of down feathers. If you need different bed linen because of an allergy, please contact the reception. Beverage Please contact the reception and we will serve you your drink (24h). Breakfast is served daily from 05:45 am to 09:30 am (Sunday until 10:00 am) in the restaurant Airport Lounge. You may also order room service for breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 5.00 per person. Please leave your order outside on the door knob before 02:00 am. C Change At the reception you can change, at any time, the currencies Euro, US Dollars and pounds up to CHF 100.00 at 4% below the bank s exchange rate. Check-in / Check-out On your arrival day, the room is available from 02:00 pm. For an early Check-in please inform you at the reception. We kindly ask you to check out not later than 12:00 am. For the possibilities of a late departure and the costs please check with the reception. Church is located not far away from the Hotel Airport and at the Airport Zurich there is a prayer room for every religion. Conference room We offer an all-equipped conference room for about 10 people. For information and reservations please contact the reception. Credit cards / Cheques We accept: Visa, Mastercard, EC-Maestro, Postcard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB for payment. Unfortunately we can not accept any other cheques. D Doctor / Medical Emergency Please contact the reception if you need a doctor. At the Airport Zurich there is a Medical Center, reachable on +41 43 816 60 00 from 07:30 am until 08:00 pm. Do not disturb If you wish to rest and relax after a long day, please place the do not disturb sign outside your door. Please assist us to provide you with a clean room on your return by removing the sign when you leave. Dry cleaning / Laundry Please hand your laundry for dry cleaning to the reception desk before 08:30 am for same day service. Please use the plastic bags provided in the room closet and fill out the forms provided (no
service on Saturday and Sunday). This service is provided by an outside company and we can not accept any liabilities. E Electricity The Hotel Airport is equipped with 220-volt outlets. For any further information please ask reception. Elevator The Hotel Airport provides an elevator next tot the front office. If there is a fire alarm, please use the stairs and the emergency exit. Emergencies In case of emergency, please contact the reception at any time. In minor emergencies we have a 1 st Aid box with disinfectant spray, bandages and sticking plasters. Escape plan Behind the door you will find an escape plan. Excursions City tours or day trips can be booked at reception. Non smoking rooms All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We charge you a cleaning fee of CHF 150.00 if you smoke in your room. P Parking Complimentary parking is available at the Hotel Airport during your stay with us. Pets (dogs, cats) are welcome at a supplement of CHF 15.00 per pet and per day (food not included). The Glatt centre is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 am until 08:00 pm. In Zurich (10 minutes by train) the stores are open till 08:00 pm. At Zurich Airport the stores are open from 06:00 am until 09:00 pm daily. Shuttle bus to the airport In the information brochure in your room you will find an actual schedule for our shuttle service. Please inform the reception, which bus you wish to take. The transportation to the airport is complimentary for our guests. Souvenirs Just next to the reception you will find a showcase with different souvenirs. Swimming pool The public pool is located just a short 10 minutes walk away. Train Please contact the reception. TV Next to your bed you will find a list of all the free channels. W Wake up call Please request your wake-up call at the reception. You will be woken up by phone. Water / Water heater The mineral water on the table is free of charge. Our water from the tap is of perfect drinking water quality so you can use it for the kettle. Furthermore there are coffee-, tea bags, milk and sugar for your free usage.
Security Always use the main entrance to the hotel. Never display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on the restaurant tables or other public places where people can easily steal them. Whenever you are in your room, close the door securely. Verify whom the person is, before permitting anyone into your room. If the person claims to be a hotel employee, call the front desk Nr. 91 for confirmation. Place your valuables in the safe in your room. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Easily seen valuables are a welcome invitation to burglars. If you suspect any subversive activity please inform the front desk.
