HOW TO USE YOUR BEST WESTERN HOTEL BREAK TOKENS For rate details, availability and to make a booking you MUST call central reservations on 0844 387 6630 at least 14 days prior to your intended stay and stating that you require the Leisure Weekend Break B&B rate/leisure Break B&B rate and that you are paying with tokens. All bookings made will be subject to availability. Tokens are valid for 6 months from date of issue and are accompanied by an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used to confirm a reservation. Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted offer, scheme or promotion. Tokens cannot be used to book any other rate offered by Best Western hotels. Best Western Hotels reserve the right to remove any hotel from this scheme. Please see below for the list of hotels included in the scheme. Tokens are valid at selected UK properties only, exclusions apply, see list below for included hotels. Tokens cannot be used at any Irish Best Western hotels. Please note that availability at the Centurion Hotel (nr Bath) will be very limited on selected Saturday nights due to it being a popular wedding venue. Tokens may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the tokens) However there can be more than one named token per booking as long as that person(s) is travelling too. Tokens cannot be given as gifts. Tokens are only valid against a 2 night weekend stay for 2 people equivalent to Best Westerns Leisure Weekend Break bed and breakfast rates valid Friday to Sunday inclusive. Leisure Break bed and breakfast rates are also available midweek, please ask at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and rates quoted are from and as such fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. Upgraded and family rooms are available on request and subject to availability; supplements will apply which must be paid in cash as tokens will not be accepted for upgrade payment. Tokens cannot be used to pay for any extras at the hotel such as food & beverage, telephone calls, room service etc. Any additional extras will be payable at the hotel by cash, credit or debit card on departure. Certain dates may be excluded at your chosen hotel including certain dates over Christmas and New Year. No change will be given if the value of tokens is greater than the cost of the stay. Tokens can only be used against new bookings. Best Western reward points cannot be earned with Clubcard bookings. Once the tokens have been received, your booking will be confirmed and you will be issued with a booking confirmation. At this time the booking becomes non transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations are to be notified to Central Reservations on 0845 33 00 272 but please note that in the event of cancellation, refunds of cash sums paid will only be made if you notify Best Western of your cancellation within 7 days of the booking being confirmed and you have not posted your tokens. All bookings are non transferable and non-refundable and you will not be entitled to the return or replacement of the tokens.
