Intrigue As well as the 67 plots, Pearns Point will be home to a branded fivestar boutique hotel to be developed to encompass up to 140 rooms and suites and up to 50 branded residential units. While operating for its guests and owners of the residential units, the hotel will also function as a Clubhouse for the homeowners at Pearns Point. The Clubhouse will function as a focal point with restaurants, bars and shopping. After gaining degrees in finance and mechanical engineering, Mr. Hartog built the largest healthcare laundry rental business in the Netherlands and Belgium. He is also the main sponsor of one of the largest privately funded wildlife support projects in South Africa. Ben de Jonge is an experienced investment banker and project developer. René Boon has built a career in finance and accountancy and runs a successful firm in the Netherlands. With a combined net worth of $150 million, the project is structured on a firm financial footing, thereby providing security for the development and future of the site.
