O R D I N A N C E NO. 2032 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 1864, adopted April 3, 1969 and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 268 (Lin-Ferry - Tesson Ferry) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 1864, adopted April 3, ]969 is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 268 (Lin-Ferry - Tesson Ferry), as set forth in Section Two thereof, an area described as follows: Parcel 1. Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Lindbergh Boulevard and Lin-Ferry Drive; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of property conveyed to August Guehring and wife, by deed recorded in Book 1902, Page 239, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said Guehring property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Guehring property, and along the northeast line of property conveyed to August Guehring by deed recorded in Book 2948, Page 319, said Recorder's office, to the northernmost corner of said last described Guehring property, being also the easternmost corner of property conveyed to Otto J. Hamsik, by deed

Beginning at the easternmost corner of property conveyed to James Madding and wife, by deed recorded in Book 3487, Page 422, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Madding property to its southernmost corner; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Madding property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 300 feet southeast of, measured at right angles to, the centerline of Lavinia Road; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line to the northeast line of said Madding property; and thence southeastwardly along said northeast line to the beginning. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1864 as hereby amended shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 268 (Lin-Ferry - Tesson Ferry) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 4

LIN-FERRY-TESSON FERRY Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Tesson Ferry Road (Highway 21) before relocation, with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said Tesson Ferry Road to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of property, now or formerly, owned by Barland, Inc., as recorded in Deed Book 3626, Page 224 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southwest, west and southern lines of said Barland, Inc., property to the west line of OCHS ACRES, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the western line of said OCHS ACRES to the northwest corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said subdivision to the northeast corner thereof; thence eastwardly along a line parallel with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the west line of property, now or formerly, owned by Joseph F. and Marlis E. Section Three. The Board finds that it is necessary for protection of the public health to begin at once the procedure to construct sewage facilities in the foregoing area. Accordingly, an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. 8
