Tender Operation. lhabela s cruise ship receptive is a complex operation like no other in South America. In a cooperation between the Tourism secretary, Police, Health department, Transit department, Business association and taxi association along with the mayors office provides a full set of services during the ship s operation like; police motor home, ambulance, traffic control to provide an easier system for all the ship s tours, mayor s office inspection officials to ensure that no ship s guests are harassed by sales people.
