The caller would either hang up or ask her if she wanted to purchase items. Reporting party did take a photograph of the suspect vehicle but the license plate is unable to be seen. Officer did respond and found that the items that were discarded were a yellow Leer topper that had been cut in half. He reported that a younger male had called him around 1:30 am stating something about "his girlfriend" and that he was going to call the police on him. He stated that the individual called a second time and hung up.
