Experience It! Prince Bishops' Residence The historic palace in Würzburg was the residence of the former prince-bishops. The stately structure was created in the 18th century and is an elegant blend of Baroque and Rococo styles. Be amazed by its famous feat of engineering an elaborately decorated and completely unsupported vaulted staircase. Another highlight is the unique Mirror Cabinet. The walls are made entirely of glass panels covered with paintings and gold engraved drawings. Surrounding the stunning palace are the dramatic Court Gardens. These elaborate gardens are designed to dazzle at every turn.
