The ArcelorMittal Orbit looks forward to welcoming your group The ArcelorMittal Orbit stands at 114.5 metres tall, towering above all the venues in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and providing a breathtaking view of London up to 20 miles into the distance. Envisioned by artist Anish Kapoor and designer Cecil Balmond, two renowned talents of their generation, the ArcelorMittal Orbit was originally constructed as a viewing tower for the 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Today we are proud to open our doors to visitors from the UK and beyond. THE WORLD`S TALLEST AND LONGEST TUNNEL SLIDE! London s most spectacular and thrilling new attraction and a faster alternative to taking the stairs. A unique, safe and exciting experience for your groups - travel at 15 miles per hour down 178 metres in a 37 second descent to the ground! Groups of all ages are welcome, however in the interest of visitors` own safety there is a minimum height limit of 1.3 metres.
MEALS & REFRESHMENTS Our café, The Podium Bar & Kitchen, has a number of bespoke menu options, tailored specifically for school and youth groups. Depending on their budget and needs, we can provide your groups with many options ranging from packed lunches, to delicious hot dogs, fish fingers or grilled chicken, all served with chips or salad. Groups can also buy snacks and refreshments and an indoor seating area can be organised. Please contact our team in advance in order to plan the best dining experience for your group.
