This station has housed the crews that have helped many a shipwrecked victim. The owners have
preserved its authenticity while also upgrading the amenities to make your stay modern day comfortable. The house offers unobstructed, 180 degree panoramic ocean views and is located across from 2 great surf spots. Just steps to beach. Home is over 3,000 sq ft and is available year round, has heat, a/c, cable and free wi-fi. Located on the only section of the beach where there are no homes on the west side, the home offers oceanfront access and views with a semi-oceanfront price! Only 60 feet and across the dune to the beach! Weekly stays include Bed Linens & Bath Towels, Check-out Cleaning and pool service if applicable. Nightly rentals do not include linens, towels or cleaning. Those services are an additional fee. Pool heating is optional for weekly and nightly rentals. The cost for pool heating is $450 per week. Pool waiver and release as well as rental agreements must be signed before release of key code information. Reservation is in the name of one responsible party only. Responsible party must be the paying party. Acceptance of online agreement during online reservation process does not constitute a signed agreement, but a conditional booking. If agreements and waivers are not signed, key code is not released and is considered a cancellation. We will not rent without a signed agreement, releases and waivers.viewing/acceptance of agreement via VRBo or other third party is not considered a signed or accepted agreement. Responsible Renter must sign agreement outside of system and be 25 year son age or older. Only one party may be on agreement. Valid ID required. Reservations and contracts made under false pretenses will result in a cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid. **The home has lots of stairs. There is no elevator. **We use a keyless entry system. You will receive your entry code via e-mail after signing contract and waivers. **Cleaning and Linen Fee is $300.00. This is for a check out clean. Daily maid service is not included. Linens include bed sheets and bath towels. Beach towels are not included. **In cases of cancellation, the cancellation must be in writing. We do not offer refunds. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged and is the renters responsibility. Not signing agreement and/or waivers is considered a cancellation. Travelers must purchase their own insurance policy for storms, illness cancellations, etc. We do not offer refunds for weather, illness, etc. **This property requires the purchase of CSA damage insurance and a $300 refundable security deposit. **Please note, we only rent our home to family groups and those over the age of 25. Signer must be at least 25 years of age and remain on premises during the rental. The home is in a family neighborhood. We only rent to family groups in consideration of our neighbors. Violation is immediate cause for eviction. **We DO NOT ALLOW PETS or SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. Sorry, no exceptions. **Nightly rates are available off-season only. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's are subject to holiday rate. **First payment is typically $250 - $1000 and is based on rental rate.
