It also includes information that will be useful while you are in Europe. All the information is subject to change due to any circumstances beyond our control. Name Badge Please wear this upon arrival in Budapest so that our staff can recognize you and whenever you are participating in a tour program. Baggage Tags Be sure that each of your bags, including your check-in bag, has a completed KIconcerts baggage tag affixed. Other things to note: Airline Tickets Your airline ticket is an electronic ticket. A copy is not necessary for airport check-in as long as you have your passport and flight information. Passport Your passport is vital. Take care of it at all times. Do not pack it in your check-in baggage and do not leave it lying around. Keep a copy of your passport separate from your passport. And finally, we wish you a very pleasant and memorable time. - KIconcerts Team Larry Wyatt Festival, 2016 Page 3

PERFORMANCE May 26, 2016 Festival Gala Concert at Istituto Italiano di Cultura, Budapest, Hungary The Italian Cultural Institute building, located in the eighth district of Budapest, was once the seat of the Hungarian Parliament, from 1865 to 1902. It was designed by Miklós Ybl, one of the greatest Hungarian architects who designed among other things, the Opera, the Saint Stephen s Basilica and the University of Economy, and is a key monument in the history of Hungarian politics. In 1902, the Parliament moved from the building and it became a venue for fairs and exhibitions. In 1942 the Italian government came into possession of the building. After extensive restoration work the headquarters of the Italian Institute of Culture for Hungary was inaugurated in 1943, in the presence of Italian and Hungarian dignitaries.
