APAC FPP Management FPP Funding Each active State provides 20 K USD per year FPP management Steering Committee meeting each year : active State are member, participating State are invited Chairman elected ( current is China ) Linked with ICAO TCB (please details relationship with ICAO) FPP Staff One Flight Procedure Programme Manager (Under MOU seconded to RSO) Three experienced procedure designers, at least one with instructor experience.
