A timed format may be used for some events. All formats used will be LTA approved and matches will be recorded by the club organiser for ratings. It is the organiser s responsibility to submit tournament results. Please allow at least 3 weeks for results to be submitted following the event. Please contact the organiser if results are missing from your profile. In the event of bad weather some tournaments may have to be cancelled. Entry this year is by TEXT or EMAIL to the organiser. Please include the following in your message. Player Name Player BTM No (without this results cannot be logged with the LTA) Name and Date of the event that you would like to enter The organiser will confirm your entry by return. All entry fees should be paid to the organiser BEFORE the player s first match. PLEASE let the organiser know if you become unable to play to avoid no shows which can affect the draw and leave opponents disappointed. LTA withdrawal points may be incurred. Please note the following points: Ensure that you observe the LTA age limits these are stated clearly with the list of dates. Please ensure you submit your entry via TEXT or EMAIL before the closing date. Payment should be made to the organiser BEFORE your first match. The organiser for each tournament has the authority to cancel the tournament in the case of bad weather, low entries etc. In this instance, you will be informed and any monies already paid will be refunded. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The organiser for each tournament will set a maximum limit for their event and if this is exceeded, again you will be informed. The closing date for ALL tournaments is one week before the tournament date but late entry may be granted at the discretion of the event organiser.
