1. HARBOUR DUES Vessels that call to port in the municipalities mentioned in 1 are to pay harbour dues to the Port of Bergen, cf. the Harbour Act, 25. The harbour dues shall cover the expenses incurred by the Port of Bergen in connection with the exercise of public authority pursuant to the Harbour Act and regulations pursuant thereto, in addition to the costs connected with ensuring the safety and accessibility of the municipal fairways in accordance with 1, cf. 25 of the Harbour Act. As of the fourth call, the charge will be reduced by 30%. On cancellation of a pre-ordered cruise ship calls to Port of Bergen, the following cost will apply: Weekdays: Calls must be cancelled at least 48 hours before ETA Weekends: Calls must be cancelled at least 72 hours before ETA (the last weekday before weekends/holidays) In case of cancellation between 24 hours and 48/72 hours, the cruise ship will be charged for 50% of the quay due In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the ship will be charged for100% of the quay due If the ship is berthed at Jekteviken/Dokken area, and shuttle buses are required: In case of cancellation within 48 hours, the ship will be charged the costs of the number of buses required. 3

2. QUAY DUE (WHARFING FEE) Vessels using public quays pay quay due according to the following rates per commenced 24 hours period based on the vessel s gross tonnage as measured in accordance with the 1969 International Convention on Tonnage Measurements of Ships. For all vessels except pleasure craft/ leisure boats GT Price per gross tonnage On the first GT 30 000 NOK 0.48 GT tonnage over 30 000 NOK 0.70 3. PLEASURE CRAFTS/YACHTS This Regulation applies to payment at machines. For the period 1 April 30 September pleasure crafts/yachts under 15 meters in length which are not used for professional purposes, there is a quay charge of NOK 200 per 24 hour period, while pleasure crafts/leisure boats over 15 meters in length pay a quay fee of NOK 300 per 24 hour period (incl. VAT) For the period 1 October 31 March the charges will be NOK 150 for pleasure crafts/leisure boats under 15 meters, while pleasure crafts/yachts over 15 meters in length pay a quay fee of NOK 250 per 24 hour period. Supply of electricity to all leisure boats is charged at NOK 100 per 24 hour period (incl. VAT). Harbour stays without valid payment receipt will be charged NOK 500 per 24 hours period. The Port of Bergen may on short notice, demand that pleasure crafts/yachts are moved. 4

4. RATES FOR SUPPLYING WATER 1. Water delivery to vessels etc. will take place in the period 07.00 15.00 during week days. NOK 23 per tonne/m³ 2. Minimum rate for supplying up to 15 tonnes/m³ NOK 345 Outside normal working hours the vessel will be charged: A. Week days 15.00 21.00 per hour NOK 312 B. Week days 21.00 07.00 per hour NOK 624 C. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 16.00 08.00 per hour NOK 624 If an order of supply of water is cancelled after the calling-out, the vessel will be charged for two working hours at NOK 624 per hour. 5. TARIFFS FOR ELECTRICITY SUPPLIES 1: Electricity delivery to ships etc. will be calculated per commenced 24 hour period in accordance with the table below (minimum NOK 80 per 24 hour period) and must be ordered in advance, Monday Friday between hours 07.00 15.00 Ordering outside of normal working hours, the costs for overtime payment are calculated on the basis of time spent and charged in accordance with the current rates in the regulations. 2: Scale, electricity prices: Voltage Electricity Price per day, in NOK 230 V 16 amp 80 230 V 32 amp 145 230 V 63 amp 285 230 V 80 amp 365 230 V 25 amp 570 400 V 16 amp 125 400 V 32 amp 255 400 V 63 amp 500 3: Additional charges: A: Socket rental: NOK 150 per item B: Connection and disconnection of electricity between hours 07:00 15:00 NOK 624 per delivery 5

ISPS SECURITY FEES The following fees are charged for access to and use of the ISPS-approved port terminals at Skolten, Jekteviken and Dokken: 1. Passenger fees of NOK 19.00 per passenger for cruise ships. 2. If vessel requires additional security measures while in port as a consequence of a raised standby level on board, the ship owner will be charged for the extra costs of these additional measures. 3. If a cruise ship notifies the Port of Bergen of a change in its time of arrival or departure later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure, resulting in a need for extended security measures at the terminal, then the ship owner will be charged the actual costs of the extended security team. 7. TURNAROUND FEES Price on request 8. WASTE DISPOSAL FEES Fees for discharging ship s waste in the Port of Bergen prescribed in compliance with Chapter 20 in the Regulations relating to Pollution Control on the discharging and receipt of waste and cargo remnants from ships. RATES Cruise ships per call NOK 250 Cruise ships are responsible for waste management. The fee covers only the registration and administration. Waste containers are to be collected immediately after the vessel s departure. Failure to comply with this, a fee of 1 000 NOK will be charged per container per day not collected. 9. GANGWAY, LORRY AND FENDERS 6
