HOW TO GET THERE By car: Please see details on: http://www.hotel-aviva.at/en/getting-here/ By train: Go to Linz Central Station; we are offering a free transfer service on Sunday 25 June 2017 from there to the venue (approximately 1 h bus ride). By plane: The Blue Danube Airport Linz (LNZ) is close to the venue and is approached from Vienna, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and London Stansted airports. We are offering a free transfer service on Sunday 25 June 2017 from LNZ to the venue upon request (approximately 1 h bus ride). The Vienna International Airport (VIE) can be easily reached from many other international airports. A direct train ride from VIE to Linz Central Station is possible (230 km, 1 h 43 min, approx. 20 ) and we are offering a free transfer service on Sunday 25 June 2017 from Linz Central Station to the venue (approximately 1 h bus ride). For attendees flying in from abroad this will probably be a well-priced, comfortable and recommended option to get there. For a maximum of eight attendees arriving at Munich International Airport (MUC) we are considering a free transfer service upon request (first come, first served!) from the Freising train station to the venue, leaving on Sunday 25 June 2017 around noontime (240 km, approx. 3 h). For details and indication of your arrival please see the registration form. PRESENTATION OF PAPERS AND POSTERS At the meeting please present your paper or poster in English. Papers should be 20 minutes in length, including discussion. A beamer for Power Point presentations will be available. For posters we are providing the equipment necessary to fix the posters to a pinboard. For each presentation or poster a manuscript version (presentation max. 4 pages - poster 1 page) for the conference proceedings is mandatory. Detailed information will be provided to all authors soon in a separate mail.
