CHECK-IN AND DINNER IN MDINA On arrival at the hotel the group will check-in and have some time at leisure to freshen up. The group will then be given a full show-round of the five star Hilton hotel including all conference areas and facilities. Following the show-round, vintage cars will be awaiting the clients at the hotel entrance to take them to the mysterious old capital city of Malta Mdina. The history of Mdina traces back more than 4000 years. Lamp lit by night and referred to as the silent city, Mdina is fascinating to visit for its timeless atmosphere as well as its cultural and religious treasures. Mdina is one of Europe s finest examples of an ancient walled city and extraordinary in its mix of Medieval and Baroque architecture. The visit will include walking through the narrow winding streets as well as welcome drinks on the bastions of Mdina where one can admire the extensive views of Malta from on of the highest points on the island. Dinner will then be served at a local restaurant within this ancient walled city.

GOZO DELICACY SAFARI The day promises to be fun packed, full of excitement and adrenalin! The day will begin with an exhilarating power boat ride from the Hilton Jetty to Gozo, where the group will be greeted by the Quad Bike team who will debrief them in preparation of the day ahead. Each quad takes a maximum of 2 passengers. After that, all aboard the Quad bikes that await the group for a fun packed day! This full day Delicacy Safari on the island of Gozo is the best possible way to discover the most beautiful hidden corners of Gozo and an opportunity to take dramatic photographs of the breath taking scenery. A variety of sites and historic localities will be visited in an exciting and original way, and the group will have a unique opportunity to get up and close with some Maltese Traditions in a fun, adventurous and personalized way. As part of the experience, a number of culinary related stops will also take place en route, where the group will be able to have an authentic and hands on experience of the culture, customs and traditional cuisine. These include wine tasting and savouring of Gozo cheeses, an activity at a Village Bakery and a Salt Harvesting experience. The group will then be taken to a cool location and with the help of a gourmet Chef, prepare their own lunch..using local fresh produce. After lunch the group will make their way back to the hotel by the power boat.

DINNER AT THE WATER S EDGE After a day exploring the sister island of Gozo, the group will have some time at leisure before a predinner cocktails on the Hilton terrace. The clients will then be transferred to Paranga Restaurant one of Malta s most popular restaurants. Paranga s stylish atmosphere on the water s edge is an enticing backdrop for fine seafood, meat, vegetables, salads and pastas for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is situated in the popular resort of St. Julian s, close to the Paranga Lido, a private sandy beach. After dinner, the group will then head off to Hugo s Terrace for an evening of clubbing. Hugo s Terrace is just across the road from Paranga Restaurant and is one of the most popular after-venues in St Julian s. Patrons can enjoy cocktails in the slick Lounge bar situated close to the water s edge or can spend the night dancing and clubbing in the other clubs situated a stones throw away in Hugo s building.

SHOW ROUNDS & DEPARTURE After breakfast at leisure, the group will check out and be shown around some of the most beautiful hotels and venues on the island. This will include visits to The George Urban Boutique Hotel a chic 4 star hotel in the heart of St. Julian s, Casa Ellul Boutique Hotel- a Victorian boutique hotel in the Capital City of Valletta, Palazzo Parisio - an 18th century stately home in the ancient village of Naxxar and Razzett L-Abjad a 200 year old typical Maltese Farmhouse. Lunch will be served in the cool Café Del Mar Beach club After lunch, the group will then be accompanied to Malta International Airport.
