Bijela The place Bijela is 13 km away from Herceg Novi it was mentioned in 14th century bearing the same name. Bijela is more and more mentioned as a synonym or the homeland of exquisite Boka ship builders. Even today there is a ship building industry, because the tradition of reparation and ship building stems from the time of the founder of Herceg Novi, Bosnian king Tvrtko. Herceg Novi Herceg Novi is a town at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska Gulf.
