The registration price is $50.00 cuc and it includes Accreditation Participation in the official opening ceremony and closing ceremony, working sessions and main activities of the fair Information kit Five hours for free internet access. Accreditation can be paid in cash or by cheque, if you have an account with the International Finance Bank. Accreditation materials could be received at the Accreditation Room of the exhibition center at Playa Pesquero Hotel during the first days of the event. 3
Modalities for Participation Hiring of Meeting Rooms The good term of a business is also conditioned by the space where it is carried out: a lit and acclimatized environment, with excellent food services and the appropriate technology make the correct decision. Complying with those requirements, as good hosts, we offer you the favorable meeting rooms to give talks and business planning within the framework of the 37th International Tourism Fair of Cuba. "Suitcase in hand" The international exhibition overview is expanded, and becomes more diversified and extensive. If you have a little time and participate in this FITCuba 2017 event with business proposals completely developed, we also offer you the opportunity to carry out a "suitcase in hand" mode present in all trade fairs. 4
Business Pavilion A business pavilion will be opened for a third consecutive year parallel to the traditional promotional and commercial fair. The foreign investment opportunity in the Cuban tourist sector currently presents broad prospects as of the approval of the new Foreign Investment Law, aimed at increasing investment with foreign capital to establish and encourage new hotel and extra-hotel products, as a way to make the national economy more dynamic. Participants at the Multipurpose Hall 2 pavilion could contact the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, Cuban hotel groups: Gran Caribe, Islazul, Cubanacan, Gaviota, Palmares Business Group (golf courses and other extrahotel projects), the MARLIN Nautical and Marinas Entrepreneurial Group and Cuban medical attendance to exchange on their business opportunities portfolio for the foreign investment. Exhibition of national tourism destinations. This exhibition will be dedicated to promote tourist destinations in Cuba. It will exhibit, through beautiful pictures and other artistic works, the latest news of those places. Participants in this event will enjoy the natural beauty of the different regions and, at the same time, will rapidly make contact with old and new professionals of the sector. A cultural activity will be held at the Sport Club, between Gibara Theater and the route to Bungalow 18 at Playa Pesquero Hotel. 5
Nautical exhibition Cuba has broad potentialities to develop navigation and diving: maritime resources, underwater patrimonies and key areas with exceptional characteristics. These benefits should be shown during a nautical exhibition including the attractions and the infrastructure of marinas such as MARLIN S.A. and Gaviota companies, and other foreign exhibitors. This exhibition aims to become the main maritime potentiality of Cuba. It will be located in the outside sitting areas of the Bungalows Meeting Rooms. Exhibition for local suppliers As a complement of the commercial and promotional activities, participants could enjoy an interesting culinary and product exhibition, services, typical premises of the eastern region of the country. The exhibition is in Bloc 3 - Buffet at Playa Pesquero Hotel. 6
Hiring of areas Meeting Rooms The exhibition center at Playa Pesquero Hotel has about 120 rooms destined for meetings. These rooms are located in blocs 18, 19, 23, 24 and 28. Rental price: $700 cuc for the three days of the fair. It includes: Furniture and assembly of the standard design. Cleaning service and daily replacement items, in addition to electricity. Extra services for interior decoration will not be included in the cost; they will be in charge of the exhibitor who hires the room. The decoration could not damage the structure of the walls, ceiling, floor, doors and windows. Furniture includes: 2 tables 4 chairs Furniture with drawers and mini-bar. 1 TV set 1 electric coffee maker 2 armchairs 1 small table 2 outdoor plastic chairs 1 outdoor plastic table 7
2 lamps (1 standing lamp and 1 table lamp) Telephone Meeting Room Layout: The exterior decoration of the rooms should be reconciled with Publicitur agency on the basis of the environment project of FITCuba 2017. The cost for renting a room does not include a telephone service. This service should be contracted independently to the hotel, following the rate established by the Cuban Telecommunications Enterprise (ETECSA). Food and beverage service will not be also included; it could be directly hired to the hotel. See contract. Floral decorations are not included. The hotel will additionally offer a flower delivery service that should be directly contracted. Each room has five 220-v electrical flat and round connectors.
