Significant activity by carrier follows: Airline American + US Airways Southwest + AirTran Virgin America JetBlue Comments 4.% decrease from February 214 in passenger activity due to slot divestitures in June and July 214 Increased service to Boston in March 214, Los Angeles in June 214, and Cincinnati in December 214 13.4% increase in passenger activity from slots divested by American New service to Kansas City in March 214; Chicago Midway, Nashville, and New Orleans in August 214; Tampa in October 214; and Akron, Dallas Love, and Indianapolis in November 214 Increased service to Houston and St. Louis in November 214 174.9% increase in passenger activity with new service to Dallas Love in November 214 46.1% increase in passenger activity from slots divested by American New service to Charleston and Hartford in July 214; and Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, and Fort Myers in January 215 Increased service to Tampa in July 214, and Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando in January 215 passenger traffic increased 1.3% in February 215 as a result of new service to Nassau by JetBlue in July 214. The combined American + US Airways operations, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share with 54.%, a decrease compared to 61.% in February 214.

Washington Dulles Airport Passenger Activity commercial passenger activity declined 2.4% in February 215. Significant activity by carrier follows: Airline Comments United 1.1% decrease in passenger activity Discontinued service to 16 domestic destinations, including four now being served by Silver Airways Reduced service to 29 destinations partially reflecting seasonality Increased service to Chicago O Hare, Houston, and Los Angeles Southwest 11.3% decrease due to reduced service to Chicago Midway in November 214 New service to Las Vegas and San Diego in November 214 Increased service to Denver in November 214 Frontier Began operations at IAD in September 214 serving 9 destinations by February 215 Passenger Activity February 215 international commercial passenger traffic decreased 4.%. Significant activity by carrier follows: Airline Comments United 13.7% decrease in passenger activity Increased service to Cancun in March 214 Discontinued service to San Salvador in April 214, and temporarily discontinued service to Rome in November 214, and Manchester and Dublin in January 215 for the winter season Reduced service to Canadian destinations since November 214, Amsterdam in January 215, and Paris in February 215 Air China New service to Beijing began June 214 South African 3.7% decrease due to reduced service to Dakar since July 214 Brussels Airlines Discontinued service for the winter season in October 214 Frontier New seasonal service to Cancun in December 214 Austrian 34.7% decrease due to reduced winter seasonal service in January 215 United Airlines, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 62.8%, a decrease compared to 68.5% in February 214. Cargo Activity For the month of February 215, total cargo increased 4.6% at Dulles from a year earlier. cargo increased 1.4% primarily due to increases on United (13.8%) and UPS (13.5%) that offset the decline on FedEx (3.8%). cargo increased 6.1% mainly due to activity increase in United (16.%), All Nippon (34.7%), Korean Air (76.5%), Saudi Arabian (99.5%), and new service by Air China. Baltimore-Washington Airport Current month commercial passenger activity increased 3.6% from February 214. BWI commercial passenger activity outpaced activity at Dulles by 147.5k commercial passengers (11.7%), but lagged National by 84.1k commercial passengers (-5.6%). Southwest s passenger market share totaled 72.%, up from 71.% in February 214. Cargo activity at BWI totaled 8.2k metric tonnes, a 6.7% increase from a year earlier primarily as a result of increases on FedEx (.6%), and Southwest (15.7%). UPS cargo activity declined (-.2%).
