Sustenance of ASQ has been achieved through operational excellence and continuous improvement.. by adopting a three tier approach of People, Process and Systems Staff Transition: Part of the project team are deployed on O&M to ensure seamless transition People Training: Extensive training and familiarization sessions are conducted and continued at regular intervals to ensure skill up gradation in line with changing system and business requirements Clearly defined SOPs pertaining to all aspects of airport operations, asset and system maintenance, have been defined and strictly adhered to Process Business Excellence: Both Hyderabad & Delhi airports have adopted and practice the Malcom Balbridge Business Excellence model System Automation: Enables centralized monitoring and recording of all operational activities including scheduled maintenance, complaint management and resolution Systems ISO Certified Systems for Business Continuity Management, Energy Management, IT Security, Environmental Management 10

Currently GMR in partnership with Megawide are carrying out the development of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport 25 year concession Renovation of existing Terminal (T1) Construction of new Integrated Terminal (T2) with associated apron Ultimate Capacity of 16 mppa Car park that can accommodate ~550 cars and expandable up to ~750 cars in ultimate phase 11

Design based on Architectural features amalgamating modern building materials and Cebu culture and tradition Key Features: Approximately 50,000 sqm of terminal space and having modular expansion capability A two level curb side with forecourt and fully integrated with landside development with 4 lane road network at arrival and departure 48 Check-in counters expandable up to 72 in ultimate phase 4 baggage reclaim carousals expandable up to 6 in ultimate phase 5 Security Screening points expandable up to 8 in ultimate phase 7 Passenger Boarding Bridges which can be further expanded to 12 PBBs in ultimate phase serving wide body and narrow body aircrafts Passenger friendly terminal equipped with 12 Escalators and 15 Elevators facilitating the easy movement of PRM (Passengers with reduced mobility) Swing feature that enables to address fluctuations in traffic growth and use old and new terminal buildings Overall Airside Phase 1 will have 32 Code C stands and expandable up to 40 Code C during ultimate phase. Stands can also be used in MARS configuration with capacities of (22 Code C + 7 Code E) during initial phase and (26 Code C + 7 Code E) in in the ultimate phase 12
