Guide prices only subject to change. YOUR ARRIVAL BASE OPENING HOURS The base will open between 08:00-18:00 on days where an departure arrival is booked. WHEN TO ARRIVE: Your boat will be ready to depart f 16:00-17:30. We recommend that you arrive 60 minutes earlier f check-in and instructions. If you have booked an Early Check-in Service, please arrive at the base ready to depart between 11am and 12pm from 2pm. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are going to be arriving at the base late, you will need to infm the base directly. When you arrive at the base there will be a note on the reception do infming you where your boat is. The boat will be left open with the lights on f you to stay on board that night. The base staff will do the full briefing the following mning.
UPON ARRIVAL: Our base staff look fward to welcoming you to their cruising region and aim to make your arrival and holiday as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When you arrive base staff will: Take a fuel deposit to cover the fuel you use during your holiday. Any extra fuel used will be charged on your return we will refund the difference f fuel you have not used. Take a refundable collision damage deposit if you have not purchased collision damage waiver. This will be refunded if you return your boat and its inventy undamaged at the end of your holiday Familiarise you with your waterways guide, maps and other helpful documentation provided to help you plan where you want to go and where you d like to stop. Brief you about your boat, the equipment on board, and the cruising area (places to visit, etc). Give you a boat handling demonstration on the water with one of our technicians. BASE FACILITES PARKING: Parking is bookable in advance. External locked compound - $20 per week Garage parking - $40 per week Free unsecure parking is also available. Shops are generally open from 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am - 2pm on Saturdays. Please note that most shops and restaurants do not accept payments with credit cards. CRUISING INFORMATION Full-service marinas with all amenities are available but you will have to pay f use of these, generally between 18-25 Euros per night. Moings are plentiful along the german waterways. Cruising in Germany is relatively easy and is suitable f beginners. Traffic can be heavy in certain places, and caution is needed on big lakes if the wind kicks up. It's also a good idea to pack binoculars to safely cross the lakes in der to see the channel marker bouys. YOUR RETURN Your boat should be returned and unoccupied by 9am on your last cruising day ( by midday if you have booked a Late Check-out).
