PACKING LIST TOILETRIES Bath Towel 2 pieces. Preferably the Quick Drying Type Link Face Towel Can be brought along in the day pack. Personal toiletries E.g. Soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, etc. Insect Repellent Strongly recommended to apply at all times. Sunblock / Sunscreen Compulsory. Minimum SPF 30. Water resistant type recommended. Personal First Aid Kit Bandaids, Ointment, Personal Medication, etc.
PACKING LIST PACKS Backpack / Duffle Bag / Suitcase Trolley bags or suitcases are okay but might have difficulty carrying up stairs and trains. Please do not bring the suitcase with 4 wheels on the bottom. Small Daypack (Backpack) Daypack is COMPULSORY and must be big enough to contain water bottle, 1 set of clothes, simple toiletries and towel etc. It will be carried throughout the whole trekking part of the program. Strictly no sling bags / trolley bags. Trash Bags Bring a couple of them, you can use them to waterproof items / used for packing used clothes. Alternatively, you can use different sizes of Ziploc bags to do so. Warm Jacket/Jumper As it will be around 6 degrees at night and cool in the mornings Spray Jacket For light rain
PACKING LIST GENERAL CLOTHING Hat / Cap 1 Piece T-Shirt 5 Pieces (To pack light you can include dry-fit shirts that can be washed if needed) Capri Pants / Long Pants 2 Preferably at 1 pair of trekking pants or tracksuit pants as the weather will be cold. No jeans for hiking as they are not good when wet. Shorts / Bermudas 2 Pieces for other Activities Underwear 5-6 Sets Sleepwear 2-3 Sets Rain Jacket / Poncho 1 Piece. For Poncho - please bring the non-disposable type so that you can reuse. Link
