Floorplan Badge During the move-in, opening and move-out period of the fair, all the persons and vehicles must enter the venue by their badges and passes. Standard Booth Exhibitor Badge: For exhibitors to enter or exit the venue 10

Collection: Exhibitors can collect their badges during 08:30 17:30, May 7-9, 2012, by their exhibition confirmation letter and booth invoice at the registration counter. The original copy of receipt can also be collected. Raw Space 1. Exhibitor Badge: For exhibitors enter the exhibition hall. Move-in/out Vehicle Pass: For exhibitors and contractor move in/out products or build up materials 11

According to the venue s regulations, no vehicle is allowed to enter exhibition hall. By the guidance of the signs, vehicles shall wait in queue to park or unload goods in designated places. Exhibitors shall notify the organizer of the number of needed vehicle passes before April 20th. Collection: Exhibitors can collect the vehicle badges during 08:30 17:30, May 6-9, 2012, by their Exhibitor Badges at the reception desk. Move-in/out Vehicle Pass is only for vehicles to load/unload goods when they come to the venue. Exit Pass Exit pass shall be needed if moving products or build up materials out of exhibition hall. The exit pass shall be distributed at registration counter with exhibitor signature. 12

Altering Booths and Adding Equipment Application 13

If you need to change any standard booth equipments (such as changing the fascia board, removing the panels, etc.) or add further equipment, please fill out the Extra Booth Equipment Rental Application and feedback to organizer before April 20th. 2012; Payment The altered or added equipment payment shall be settled within 5 days (before May 1st, 2012) after get the invoice. Organizer shall process the order only after get the bank advice of payment. All overdue applications will be considered as on-site application to charge 50% extra fees. Any alternation or cancellation of previous dealt applications costs 50% of the previous payment; The standard booths construction must be done by official contractor. The exhibitor shall bear all the expense if they need further booth decoration. For further query, please contact us. Raw Space No Equipment.
