Mansfield Women s Club August, 2017 Dear Community Supporter: Mansfield Women's Club is busy planning our annual Holiday Home Tour that will benefit many area charities, organizations, individuals and families. We hope you will help us in our 20 th year of providing assistance to others! How can you do that? Become one of our Home Tour Sponsors! We are offering a limited number of sponsorships for this event. Major sponsors will receive recognition on our ticket/brochure map, company name on prominently displayed signs in each home, professionally designed ads on our web page with links to your company web page, and on our media publicity. See the enclosed sponsor attachments for more details. We are asking for a prompt response from you so that we can include your business in our media publicity. Our deadline for publicity & printing is October 2 nd, but your donations will be greatly appreciated through December. Home Tour Tickets will be available to the public beginning in November in Mansfield and from club members. Members will also be selling Holiday Raffle Tickets for chances to win three fantastic prizes. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Mansfield Women s Club will be keeping our commitment of donating proceeds from our Home Tour to area charities in need. Our main focus this year will be Health, Welfare & Education of Women & Children and Family Issues. Plans are underway for our Holiday Home Tour on Sunday, December 3 th. Our Holiday Home Tour will once again coincide with the City of Mansfield s Hometown Holiday Celebration the first weekend of December. Mansfield Women s Club has been a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization now for 20 years. With help from community leaders like you, Mansfield Women s Club has donated over $600,000 to others in our area benefitting the health & welfare of women & children, feeding the hungry, and giving scholarships to high school seniors & women in need, among many others. The majority of proceeds of our Holiday Home Tour will go to area charities providing education and medical care for women & children and other family issues.
