PRESIDENT S REPORT A big THANK YOU to all club members who rallied to the cause during the last 6 weeks with three close succession inward exchanges. I know that this has put a strain on members, especially those who hosted and while the exchanges went well, we had our share of difficult ambassadors. Congratulations to the exchange directors for their tactful handling of (at times) difficult situations. 2016 will also be a busy year for the club BUT exchanges will be better spaced and I am confident members will again rally and maintain our club reputation as a great club to visit. Our reputation is such that we have even had a request for an exchange in 2017. No doubt about it, this club is in demand for inward exchanges. Shortly we have the AGM, Sunday November 29, commencing 4pm, in the upstairs room at the 1841 Bar & Restaurant, Disraeli St. Johnsonville followed by a meal (optional). Please advise Lynnda if you wish to stay for a meal after the meeting. This is a great opportunity for friendship and fellowship. The AGM is an important event in the club calendar so a good attendance would be appreciated. Rhys Morris President INWARD AND OUTWARD EXCHANGES FOR 2016: Inbound Feb. 2016.
