At first glance The history of Hotel and Restaurant Bauer goes back to the year 1830 and since then the Hotel and Restaurant is well known for its hospitality and cuisine. Three generations of the Bauer family have continued in this task of setting highest Hotel standards with a traditional gastronomy. Today the Hotel Bauer is a four star Hotel that was built with much attention and care to details. It combines the typical Bavarian charm with modern Hotel facilities and an excellent cuisine. Hotel The Hotel has 102 bedrooms of three different categories: The standard rooms are furnished in a traditional country house style and invite you to relax. The newly furnished comfort rooms have nature wooden furniture with a king size bed and a parquet floor and invite you to relax in the modern atmosphere. They are ideal for guests who have an allergy. The junior suites offer even more comfort in regard to room size and equipment. They are equipped with a sofa and invite you to relax and enjoy the luxurious atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with a desk, telephone, safe, SAT-TV, W-LAN, bathrooms of nature stone. Additionally most rooms have a balcony. The wellness area with indoor swimming and sauna is for all Hotel guests and free of charge. Our Hotel Bar is not only for our international guests an ideal meeting place to enjoy a drink. Restaurant After an extensive refurbishment the restaurant reopened in November 2010 in a new atmosphere. You are invited to enjoy and feel the traditional Bavarian character and the more modern elements in one of the five rooms: Wirtsstube, Kaminstube (fireplace room), Wintergarten, Jägerstube (hunting room) and Zirbelstube (timber room). Tasty dishes from typical and regional products are offered from our well known cuisine. In summer the large terrace offers unforgettable memories. Conference Center The newly renovated meeting- and conference center has five different rooms for up to 200 persons. The rooms are equipped with high standard conference facilities All rooms are on the ground floor and fully air-conditioned, they have natural daylight and their own wardrobe. Most of them have their own terrace. There is a central break lounge for food and beverages. You will also have the possibility to relax so that you can continue work with new energy. Banquets For smaller banquets, the different rooms as described in the restaurant are ideal. For lager banquets for up to 200 persons we recommend our festive banquet halls.
