Waivers may ONLY be requested through Frosch QC. Agents may NOT contact United Airlines directly! Waivers are charged against a Central Services Fund which is accrued on a Quarterly basis, once the fund is depleted, no additional waivers will be available until it is replenished at the beginning of the next Quarter. To ensure that the fund is prudently used and applied fairly, all requests must be routed through the QC Desk at qc@frosch.com or nyqc@frosch.com.
All other fees, services, and products not in the Services Fund matrix will be subjected to payment via credit card, cash, or check. (Ex. Add/collects, memberships, upgrades, Economy Plus access, airline tickets, travel vouchers, and penalties incurred for refunding a ticket.) Services Fund services are subject to the following 1. Allowed on 016 tickets only. 2. JV partners (LH, SN, OS, LX, AC, NH) are allowed on itinerary and ticket on select waivers/favors (see below).
