Dear Challenge Walk Participant, Attached is a list of hotel information for you in the event you wish to travel to the Cape on Thursday (Sept. 4) or stay in a hotel during the weekend instead of staying at the Cape Cod Sea Camps. You will notice that there is a section for hotels to stay at for Thursday (Sept. 4) and a section for Friday (Sept. 5)/Saturday (Sept. 6). If you would like to travel to the Cape on Thursday, Sept. 4th, please feel free to stay at one of the hotels listed below. This year, our host hotel is the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis. There will be an early check-in and rally from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa. Additional information (travel, directions, etc.) on these events will be sent at a later date, but I wanted to provide you with accommodation information as soon as possible. Regarding Friday and Saturday nights, your registration fee covers your accommodations and food for the weekend. You are encouraged to stay at the Cape Cod Sea Camps and a Participation Confirmation and Housing Form that confirms your accommodation needs will be sent to you after the New Year. If you wish to stay at a hotel, please see the portion of the attached document that lists hotels for Friday and Saturday night. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to/from the Cape Cod Sea Camps to your hotel, assuming you are staying at a hotel that is on the attached list. Please note, the shuttle does not travel to hotels in Hyannis during the weekend. I am happy to discuss your accommodation arangements at any time.
