GENERAL HIRE CONDITIONS Any reservation means that you have respect the rules of the campsite and the conditions stated below. The reservation cannot be partially or fully rented another person. The campsite cannot rent people under 18 years old, non-accompaned by an adult. Children are under the responsibility of their parents or an accompanying adult in the campsite.each booking is nominative and under no circumstances may be re-sold or given another person. Each rental is confirmed after the reception of the correctly completed booking form, signed and with a down payment of 30 % of the tal cost of your stay + 18 booking fee for rental of chalets and pitches, even in the case of multiple rentals. A letter of confirmation will be sent by email notify you of the balance remaining due. (Except for possible modifications after reception of your contract). Each rental is confirmed after the reception of the correctly completed booking form, signed and with a down payment of 30% of the tal cost of your stay. There are 2 conditions of payment for the remaining 75% : for all rentals, e.g chalets, mobils homes, etc 30 days before the date of arrival, for tents, caravans, the day of arrival. For any cancellation of your stay, the campsite will keep the deposit and any payment you have made. Without cancellation insurance (hospitalisation, accidents, illness or death) there is no re-imbursement or reduction. If your arrival is delayed more than 24 hours (without a written message) the campsite can rent your rental another person. Each animal must have a form of identification. Vaccinations must be up date. Never leave your animal alone. Certain breeds of dogs are not accepted. It is necessary leave a deposit for equipment which is borrowed from the campsite (the card for the gate, bangles ). If you lose the equipment, the deposit will be with-held or you may have pay extra. You must have insurance for personal accidents. Any accident is under your responsibility. You can rent a safe at the reception. The campsite declines any responsibility in the event of loss or theft. Swimming trunks are obligary. Swim-shorts are strictly forbidden. All campers must wear their band during all their stay. If you receive visirs, they must pay enter in the campsite at the reception. If they want go the swimming pool they have pay the entrance fee. The rules of the campsite are displayed at the reception and must be respected. Non respect of these rules will result in immediate expulsion from the campsite, without re-imbursement, and the tal cost of your stay will remain due and must be paid immediately. In case of any lawsuit the Tribunal of St Malo is the only competent party.
