When do we start? We meet, inspect your property, counsel, and deliver an agreed Business Plan within 90 days of mandate incl. Hotel Positioning, Branding & Distribution, 5-years P&L Estimate, Cash-Flow and Repairs & Investment Plan We start our involvement within a fortnight and get down to business, ideally to hold on to the property for a long-term engagement We connect your MY-HOTEL-BRAND website with the world's biggest hotel group, without franchise fee, at cost of commission on paid bookings only (pending acceptance by a 3rd party hotel group) We give you 24/7 on-line access to the hotel performance KPI's, report the business status and forecast on a monthly basis, and meet with you each quarter to present, counsel and agree on modification of business strategy
