When do we start? We meet, inspect your property, counsel, and deliver an agreed Business Plan within 90 days of mandate incl. Hotel Positioning, Branding & Distribution, 5-years P&L Estimate, Cash-Flow and Repairs & Investment Plan We start our involvement within a fortnight and get down to business, ideally to hold on to the property for a long-term engagement We connect your MY-HOTEL-BRAND website with the world's biggest hotel group, without franchise fee, at cost of commission on paid bookings only (pending acceptance by a 3rd party hotel group) We give you 24/7 on-line access to the hotel performance KPI's, report the business status and forecast on a monthly basis, and meet with you each quarter to present, counsel and agree on modification of business strategy

We plan short-, mid- and long-term We recruit and hire a Hotel Manager and Management Team with direct reporting line to the hotel Owner Short-term All of the hotel will be organized in line with international best practice of branded hotels within the first 12-months of our engagement: > The hotel operating structure will be set up to assure lean labour -and operating cost > An on-line distribution (incl. new website) and off-line sales structure will be implemented, to increase revenue turnover and cash-flow > An on-line financial controlling system will be installed, allowing both the Hotel Manager and Hotel Owner 24/7 access to the property's numbers Mid-term Latest from the 6 month into our engagement, the local Hotel Manager will be handed over the keys to manage the hotel on the basis of its installed organization structure and MY-HOTEL-BRAND market positioning The Hotel Manager is employed by, and reports to the hotel Owner, while being supervised and trained for up to 18 months, by Independent Hotel Company Long.term Together we look how to make optimal use of the extra cash coming into your business, so that your hotel may improve as a business and as an investment in prime real estate Unless you decide for an exit-sale, the hotel continues to be asset managed by Independent Hotel Company to assure good practice in operations and sales, as well as a financial return on investment, on behalf of the hotel Owner
