By mail: send an e-mail to segreteria@events-communication.com with registration form and a copy of payment fee as attachment. By fax: send a fax to number 0039-071-7938406 with registration form and a copy of payment fee as attachment. On-line: fill in the form with the required information at www.events-communication.net/a03. Confirmation of registration will be sent after payment has been received. The participant's fee is 780 ( 650 plus 20% VAT) up to 15 May and 840 ( 700 plus 20% VAT) as from 16 May. This fee includes: conference programme and Gala Dinner. Not included: post-conference tour on Saturday 29 May (sold separately). The accompanying person's fee is 480 ( 400 plus 20% VAT) before 15 May and 540 ( 450 plus 20% VAT) as from 16 May. This fee includes the guided tours on Thursday 27 and Friday 28, as well as the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Not included: post-conference tour on Saturday 29 May (sold separately). For Young Professionals (maximum age 40) conference registration is free of charge, and the Gala Dinner is offered at a discounted rate of 80. The post-conference tour is available at the normal rate. Information on the YP networking and social programme will be sent with confirmation of your registration (note that there may be a separate social event for YPs on the evening of the Gala Dinner). All YPs attending the conference should only complete the contact details section of the registration form, but you can specify the additional options (not for free) from the social programme at your individual choice. Full refund of pre-paid fees will be made in case of cancellation on 20 May at the latest, excluding an administration charge of 50. No refund will be made for cancellation after May 20th. 6

TO ROME CENTRE FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT By bus: the connection from the domestic and international arrivals is carried out by COTRAL buses which arrive at Piazza dei Cinquecento in Roma in front of Roma Termini railway station. The tickets can be bought directly in the bus. http://www.cotralspa.it By train: a direct connection with Termini railway station and a connection by metro.
