Event Details Conference & exhibition venue The Maritime Surveillance Aircraft conference and exhibition will take place at the Grand Hyatt, Jakarta, Indonesia. Thamrin Kav. 28-30 Jakarta 10350 Indonesia Event registration Conference registration will take place outside the Grand Ballroom from 0830hrs on 3 and 4 November 2014. Tea and coffee will be available in the exhibition areas. Please note that there will be no access to the conference area prior to 0830hrs. The conference will commence at 0915 on both days. Refreshments All refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibition room of the Grand Ballroom. Morning/afternoon coffee and tea, and buffet lunch will be served during specified breaks in the programme. Dress code The dress code for the event is business suit, or if applicable, uniform which helps to promote networking and service recognition among delegates.
Exhibitor s Information Exhibition space The MSA 2014 exhibition will be a space only event. Shell scheme will not be provided and your space within the room will be raw display space only. A standard power connection, one table and 2 chairs can be provided as complimentary for your stand. Exhibition set-up & breakdown Exhibition set-up will be from 1500 18.00hrs on Sunday 2 November. All exhibition stands must be built by 18.00hrs. Please note that access will not be permitted prior to 1500hrs. Exhibitors will be able to break down their stands on Tuesday 4 November after the event has finished. This will be at approximately 1600hrs. Stands must not be broken down before the event has closed. Travel Recommendations Travelling by air The closest airport to the Grand Hyatt is Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK), and is approximately 40 minutes by road.
