It's a 239 luxury rooms, mini golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, two international conference halls of 2 and 5000 capacities respectively, offices and shopping complex among other facilities within the complex. This project has been on the drawing board for a while now but the Sen. Ibikunle Amosu led administration is finalizing arrangement with Arabella 21st Century Ltd and Accor Hotel Group International to commence construction in the 3rd quarter of 2017 and completed in 24 months.
