Please inquire with the Events Manager at events@alloy26.com. Fees and Policies All event space rentals require a non-refundable $100 date-hold deposit. Cleaning fees are included with all rentals. We may charge additional fees for events requiring extraordinary cleaning. For events in the Concourse and Outdoor Plaza, we require additional door security at a rate of $30/hour per 100 attendees. For events in the Concourse or Outdoor Plaza, we require a $500 refundable damage deposit, as well as Special Event Liability Insurance. Arrangements may be made through the Nova Place Events Manager.
