Research and Training for Forest and Wood Sciences in Nancy-Lorraine (France): 1. first research centre for Forest and Wood Sciences in France, with around 150 researchers and professors at INRA, AgroParisTech and Université de Lorraine; 2. a large research area : from biology of trees and associated microorganims, to landscape ecology and forest economy, covering the whole wood chain; 3. a large training offer: in Forestry (ENGREF), Wood Technology (ENSTIB), Forest Biology and Ecology (Master Fage) and at doctoral level (Doctoral School RP2E).
