PAX-Dura PAX hints PAX materials are developed for highest requirements. In principal all PAX products are available in all materials. The most frequent requested material combinations are defi ned as stocked goods. Like all good fabrics PAX-Dura is produced according to the Eco- Tex standard 100 certifying that production fulfi ls the human and ecologic standards to the full extent. D Withstands: PAX-Dura Decitex, titration and Denier: With all these technical terms of the textile industry you can lose thread from time to time. With us the contrary happened! We have found our thread and turned it into PAX Dura. It withstands and withstands and withstands and withstands and withstands! PAX-Plan Easy-care: PAX-Plan PAX hints PAX-Plan: Technical data P Take out the ambulance suitcase rail: You can preserve the material by in case existent taking out the suitcase rail. Temperature sensitive: When it is getting cold PAX-Plan becomes a little harder and when it is getting warm, it becomes a little weaker. We have to admit, this doesn t sound like having a lot of fun-but for some of you a special hygiene of the PAX bags is very important. Therefore we were looking for a material featuring a possibly plane surface. And we looked for it quite a long time! What we found was a polyester thread that we have quickly coated with PVC and lacquered. We tested it in the lab and in the open country and deemed it to be excellent! PAX Plan is indeed a hint less tear-resistant than PAX Dura, however, it offers excellent cleaning and disinfecting conditions. This is the reason why we use it in a lighter and thinner version for the interior of our bags and backpacks. In order to achieve a long lifetime we have strengthened all chafe-prone areas of our high-quality backpacks with a special heavy-duty material called PAX-Treme. Since it s development in 2006 competitors have often copied our PAX-Plan. This really pleases us very much since it is a honest compliment. However, nobody has reached the quality of the original. And this again pleases us, too. PAX-Tec Robust and easy-care: PAX Tec PAX-Dura is extremely resistant, PAX-Plan is extremely easy to clean. So far so good. But isn t there a material that offers both? When we asked us this question, we didn t assume how rocky the road would be until we would fi nd an answer. We discussed with textile experts, we looked for the fi bre in the thread salad and months later we found the right one. In memory of our textile experts we called it PAX-Tec. The PAX-Tec material is a mixture of polyester fi bres which are extremely resistant against mechanic impulses and polyurethane which is responsible for the smoothness of the fabric. In addition to that it is free of Latex and PVC. As result the advantages of PAX-Dura and PAX-Plan fl ow together. PAX-Tec is extremely tough and uncomplicated to care for. Women would describe their dream boy like this. And so do we, actually. PAX-Treme Indestructible: PAX Treme You know it with pullovers: At fi rst the elbows are abrasionexposed. Strong wear requires a special protection. The elbow leather patch was invented for pullovers. Therefore the patch was especially present on the streets in times and social classes when the elbows had to be used extraordinarily. For us it was a nice example. According to the same idea we developed PAX Treme. PAX Treme is a fabric bonding out of different, highly complex polymeres and a very resistant coating. Together this results in a high-strength and indestructible material. No matter if on carrying straps, on the zipper or at the bottom of the bag: Since we discovered this wonderful high-tech fabric, we iron PAX-Treme on everything that is often exposed to abrasion. This offers a longer lifetime and is environmentfriendly at the same time. PAX-Treme is a leather patch reloaded, so to speak. In order to avoid a nostalgic look PAX-Treme patches will be skillfully integrated in our design. PAX-Light L OUTER/LINING Thin but tenacious: PAX Light From fi shing lines and techno-outfi ts over seagoing tug hawsers and tendons up to trampolines and lawn trimmers barely one fabric class has conquered so many different application fi elds. And we use the positive characteristics of this stable synthetic fi bre for our PAX Light. It is called Light due to the fact that we use it everywhere where sleaziness is required. It s high tensile strength enables us to also use it as razor-thin layers. In that way we save a gram here and there just as with a really good diet product. Only hook: It cannot be disinfected that easy. Therefore you fi nd PAX Light above all with fi rst aid bags for private use, with logbooks or with our inner pouches.
