In general, we have been able to drastically reduce our effects on water resources. At this point in the analysis, we have been able to determine that all of the alternatives have small effects in the northeast end of the corridor. Existing Land Use Use del Terreno Existente 84th Ave This graphic shows the existing land uses in the project area in relation to the alternatives that are being considered. and commercial land uses are predominant in the study area, with smaller areas of residential development located between Brighton Boulevard and Colorado Boulevard and along a portion of I-27 in Commerce City. At this point in the analysis, we have been able to determine the potential property impacts for all alternatives. The charts on the following exhibits show the comparison of property impacts by alternative and land use type.
